Adjusting the Intensity If you're unable to turn on the device or feel no sensation, ensure the ports are properly connected and the electrode pads are securely placed on your body. Then, use the '+/-' buttons to adjust the intensity level.

Maintaining the Electrode Pads Over time, the pads may lose their adhesive properties. Ensure your skin is clean and dry before use, as dirt and oil can prevent proper adhesion. Applying a few drops of water after use and letting them air-dry naturally can help extend the pads' lifespan.
